Behavior Intervention Plans are specific plans created to address behaviors as part of the IEP. In this video, HMC's founder Kelly Rain Collin discusses techniques and strategies for the creation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that are FASD-informed and supportive of brain-based disabilities.


About the Presenter

Kelly Rain Collin, Ed.M., is the founder and director of Healthy Minds Consulting. She holds degrees in Child Development and Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and earned her Master’s in Risk and Prevention from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Since 1990, she has worked with children and youth facing complex educational and mental health challenges, including those impacted by prenatal substance exposure. Kelly provides consultation and training on FASD-informed IEP development, supporting families, schools, and professionals in creating effective and compassionate educational plans.
